1. Service description

Geminian Inventory Management provides a web-based CRM for online sellers to track inventory, sales, profit, expenses, and supported marketplace data such as eBay listings and orders.

2. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for ensuring that account information supplied to the service is accurate and current.

3. Free trial

New users may start a 14-day free trial with access to the CRM features shown on the Pricing page. No payment is required to begin the trial.

4. Subscriptions and billing

After the free trial, continued access is available on the Basic plan for $25 per month or $250 per year (AUD). Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may upgrade from inside the CRM dashboard. Cancellation and refund terms follow Stripe and the billing details shown at checkout.

5. Marketplace integrations

Marketplace data depends on third-party platforms and APIs. Geminian will make reasonable efforts to import and display data accurately, but third-party outages, limits, or data changes may affect availability or accuracy.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use Geminian in a way that disrupts the application or other users.

7. Limitation of liability

Geminian is provided to support business reporting and CRM workflows. Users remain responsible for business decisions, tax records, marketplace compliance, and independent verification of important figures.

8. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise confirmed in final legal wording.
